From Flagstaff: Take US-89/Route 66 North out of Flagstaff. Continue to follow US-89. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto UT-12. Follow Hwy 12 into Boulder.

From Grand Canyon: From the South ENTRANCE RD/ AZ-64 N/ US-180 N toward AZ-64 S/ US-180 South. Continue to follow AZ-64 North. Turn LEFT onto US-89. Continue to follow US-89. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto UT-12. Follow Hwy 12 into Boulder.

ALT Route: Turn RIGHT onto ROAD 400/ COTTONWOOD RD. Continue to follow ROAD 400. ROAD 400 becomes S KODACHROME DR. Turn RIGHT onto UT-12. Follow Hwy 12 into Boulder. If you have a vehicle with four wheel clearance, the Cottonwood Canyon Road can cut your travel time. Please call to see if this route is passable. It has been known to flood during the rainy season. Check with the BML ranger station in Big Water, right before the Cottonwood Canyon Road turnoff. If you wished to stay on paved roads or weather conditions are bad continue through to Kanab on US-89.
