Placing Your Order

Please contact us with any questions you may have before you order. We check our e-mail often and answer questions quickly, and want to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Payment through our online store should be easy: use your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card or a Paypal account to quickly and safely pay for items.

Shipping

We strive to ship within two business days of cleared payment. If you are purchasing a large quantity of items, please email us to determine a shipping option that's best for you.

Terms & Conditions

We truly care about each order we fill, and we ship our items wrapped and boxed to prevent damage, but we acknowledge that problems occur. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can start fixing it.

Refunds

Refunds will be made only for damaged items where we are clearly at fault. Refund will be made for purchase price and shipping cost to buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, preferably in its original packaging.
