Giving Thanks at Hell’s Backbone Grill in 2018!

Our 2018 Thanksgiving feast is currently sold out! Waitlist positions are available.

Our Thanksgiving Feast is our favorite event of the year, when we celebrate the bounty of our harvest and the end of another beautiful season in Boulder. Many of our guests have made this their Thanksgiving tradition and return year after year to this dinner. We love to see old and new friends alike.

We offer an unforgettable meal utilizing fresh ingredients from our farm and local producers. Traditional heritage breed turkeys are prepared from scratch, along with over 30 accompanying side dishes and desserts. More food than you can imagine! 


Blake prepares a selection of beautiful wines and a full bar list to accompany the different courses. Many of our dishes are vegetarian and/or gluten-free. Dinner is served family style at communal tables, and all of our guests leave with full bellies and even fuller hearts.

Thursday, November 22nd, 2 pm seating - Sold out but waitlist is available.
Thursday, November 22nd, 6 pm seating - Sold out but waitlist is available.
Friday, November 23rd, 2 pm seating - Sold out but waitlist is available.
