Giving Thanks at Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm

Thanks for all who attended our Thanksgiving Feast! We will begin accepting reservations for 2019 after January 15, 2019.

Our Thanksgiving Feast is our favorite event of the year, when we celebrate the bounty of our harvest and the end of another beautiful season in Boulder. Many of our guests have made this their Thanksgiving tradition and return year after year to this dinner.

We offer an unforgettable meal utilizing fresh ingredients from our farm and local producers. Traditional heritage breed turkeys are prepared from scratch, along with over 30 accompanying side dishes and desserts. More food than you can imagine! 

Blake prepares a selection of beautiful wines and a full bar list to accompany the different courses. Many of our dishes are vegetarian and/or gluten-free. Dinner is served family style at communal tables, and all of our guests leave with full bellies and even fuller hearts.
