We are also accepting applications for all positions for our upcoming 26th Season, which will begin in March, 2025.
Please familiarize yourself with our town, restaurant, and core values before you apply. In addition to the information and stories on our website, our cookbooks are a wonderful resource for learning about Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm as they feature our origin and ongoing story as well as our recipes. You can purchase them here.
Some important things to note about working with us:
Restaurant experience is strongly preferred but not required. Equally important is that you are hard working, flexible, positive, and kind-hearted.
We prioritize applicants who can commit to the entirety of our season (March through November).
We also prioritize applications that either have been to Boulder/HBG or are able to come visit in the interview process - it’s hard to understand how remote it is here unless you’ve actually been here, and we want to set people up for success.
Boulder is extremely remote. This means you MUST have your own transportation (car or motorcycle).
Housing is hard to come by in Boulder. We currently have a room option available, so please let us know if you need housing when you apply.
We are not a vegetarian restaurant. If you are a vegetarian, you must be able to taste and talk in an informed way about the food we serve.
