Sugar & Spice Dry Pork Rub
To Use: Stir together all spices in a medium mixing bowl. Coat both sides of a local pork chop. Let sit for at least 20 minutes before searing and grilling.
To Store: Keep in an airtight container for several weeks. Don’t contaminate the virgin rub with used pork rub.
Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, Redmond Real Salt®, granulated sugar, cloves, New Mexico chile.
